|Join our group and see the proof, that everything looks better without colo(u)r! We are looking forward to vote on your colo(u)rless submissions from the categories |
This group is for everyone who appreciates black and white art. Feel free to submit whatever you consider as your best, we are here to help you to get the recognition that you deserve! And we are convinced that all of us can be inspired by other deviants, no matter if one is a professional or a beginner, because everyone can be an artist.
But please, take some time and read our short guidelines:
Please submit black and white work only (pictures, which are too much tinted to be considered as pure black and white should always be submitted to the dedicated folder “Too much tinted to be black and white”)
Maximum one submission per week
Please submit to the appropriate folder, if you don’t take the time to choose a folder your submission will go into the “I don’t care about folders” folder and will be excluded from the voting process and expire after one day. You are free however to re-submit those expired deviations to one of the themed folders.
Please don’t be disappointed if your work has been declined, be sure that there is room for improvement for everyone – every submission needs four votes to get either accepted or declined which should provide a decent standard of objectivity. That is why we won’t give any further feedback on declined submissions. And please don't re-submit artwork that has been declined before.
We reserve our right to decline submissions if we think that the watermark (especially the dA watermark...) is too disturbing!
If you have any questions or suggestions please send a note to the group, not to a single admin
And, please, please, please...
dA is not facebook. We want to see your pieces of art and not your party photos of the last weekend or how beautiful your new shoes are.
We appreciate artistic nude pictures, but please remind the meaning of the term “artistic”.
Don’t suggest faves, join us!
Join us, submit black and white work to one of the themed folders.
But most of all, have fun! And join us!
